LIFETIME RECORD:  47-37-1

YEAR 5- 2001

When you win the prior year and suffer a worse draft position in the subsequent year, you can't expect your season to be all that great.  The Sandbaggers just never got rolling in 2001.  They not only had the lowest total points scored of every team in the leage, but they also won the least games.  Sandbaggers earn the first pick in 2002 by virtue of being the 2001 League doormat.

REGULAR SEASON RECORD:  5-12

YEAR 4- 2000

The Sandbaggers had an excellent season, starting out on a seven game winning streak and finishing up the season with only two losses.  They ended up the #1 seed for the Playoffs, but their roster was not built for winning the Playoffs, resulting in a respectable fourth place finish.

REGULAR SEASON RECORD:  15-2

YEAR 3- 1999

The Sandbaggers had a tough year and were never really in it.  After starting out 2-4, they continued losing until they had already lost seven games by Week 10.  They made a brief comeback, coming within one game behind the Wildcard spot in Week 13, but couldn't make the final push.  The Sandbaggers ended up with the second worst record overall, but gain the second overall pick in the next draft.

REGULAR SEASON RECORD:  5-12

YEAR 2- 1998

The Sandbaggers won the American Conference Wildcard.  They fought the Wiz Bang Gang for the Division but ended up second to them.  They were the only team to have a perfect Division record over the season.

REGULAR SEASON RECORD:  10-6-1

YEAR 1- 1997

The Sandbaggers, coached by Nick Chupko, really kicked the rest of the league's ass in 1997, after they drafted the majority of the Denver Broncos..  The Baggers had the highest point total several times during the regular season, finished the season in first place, and advanced to the playoffs as the number one seed.  The Sandbaggers eventually won the Fantasy Bowl, thanks to their playoff team laden roster.

REGULAR SEASON RECORD:  12-5
